… the social media echo chamber is driving me batty at the moment.  but despite all that ;) this is pretty good stuff:

Make social media a capability not a campaign:

my only beef would be the title.. “making social media a capability”.. ugh, sounds like another silo to me even if that’s not what the author intended.
